I think I heard one tweet!
Thanks for the Picture "FrontAve"
We went to Portland yesterday to do a little bike riding.
We had a little fun, giving away some eggs to bike commuters, and a few pedestrians, on the Springwater trail, and later on the Hawthorn bridge. Our plan was to hit the evening commute, hand out our eggs, and then spend some time riding around on Portland's network of bike trails. Seems we missed the main rush, and ended up spending a few hours treating all the people who worked late. We got some nice smiles and, everyone seemed to like getting eggs, We trust that they will all enjoy eating the eggs.
We handed out the last eggs around 10:00 p.m. and then we had a chance to ride around for a couple of hours on the esplanade.
We had so much fun meeting the people that we might just do it again sometime.

Thank you SO much for the eggs! We ate 4 of them for breakfast this morning! Yum!
ReplyDeleteMy partner came home that night with some eggs from you (which were a lovely present to make up for his working so late, heh). They were fricken amazing! You guys are awesome for spreading the eggy goodness.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for your generosity and goodwill--totally made our evening:)
We LOVED the eggs we got from you. A bit of unscientific testing proved that kids prefer eating the blue-ish colored eggs more. The yolks are definitely more vivid than store bought eggs, but I also noticed the whites seemed less runny and flat. Thank you again for being awesome!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the free eggs. They were delicious. I've never seen yolks that dark!
